Jim Denevan, Master of the Sand
Jim Denevan is finally getting some national recognition for his sand drawings. Believe it or not, his designs are drawn without any measuring aids. Some of Denevan's drawings take up to seven hours and call for him to walk 30 miles - all before the tide rolls in. Check out his website and prepare to be amazed.

Cai Guo-Qiang at the Guggenheim Museum
"Cai Guo-Qiang: I Want to Believe" is a current featured exhibit at the Guggenheim in New York. This installation artist has transformed the rotunda into a LED light show with his car bomb piece called "Inopportune: Stage One". An online feature is available through the Guggenheim website.
