the new street art... moss on the walls instead of spray cans. check out Anna Garforth's beautiful typography is her "Mossenger" project.
the art community lost a brilliant multi media artist earlier this month. browse through the site and try to wrap your head around the brilliance that is nagi noda
charlie kratzer didn't waste time buying art he might soon tire of, he instead created a brilliant world in which he lives in the art. oh i wish my walls weren't textured
Some phenomenal work by Robert and Shana ParkeHarrison. There's a lot to be said about this pair, but I'd rather their art mumble it directly into your eyes.
bored at your desk? wondering where all the fun has gone. well now you can play with your own set of presidential finger puppets. nothing says fun like a finger puppet show. thanks joey leslie...continue to "work"

Love this concept of a piece of art a day. This guy considers himself to be a Brooklyn-based graphic artist, daydreamer, pseudo-scientist, wanna-be astronaut and untrained intellectual. He has a definite and unique style that is fun to thumb through for some inspirado.
The iiiDESiGN team recently pulled a surprise bicycle training session on Ashley —who somehow managed to make it this far without learning how to ride. The entire design team cut out early one day and hit the road on bikes. View the happening at our Flickr page.
why can't everything in life be this simple?
tom giesler seems to be able to do it all. he has a sense of these very orderly things in a slightly chaotic way. his organicals series makes my heart happy. i could look at them for hours.
The pet-Halloween costume industry has become larger than I thought. It's one thing to put a funny hat on your dog during Halloween and show him off to the neighborhood - but it is completely ridiculous to put your cat through this same Halloween torture. Just look at how pissed off all these cats are. We need to take a stand and put an end to cat costumes.

I previously mentioned that the main stage at Outside Lands Festival featured the art of Thomas Campbell and it reminded me to check in on that guy. Good to see that he's finally got a website up.
It's already been two weeks since seeing radiohead at the Outside Lands Festival in SF and I'm still blown away. At times it was like watching a UFO take off; the lighting design was amazing. The stage featured the art of Thomas Campbell AKA T MoHair Mokka Mokka. Check out the photo gallery from the Outside Lands website.
the bigger the type the better right? then adding flashing lights... even better! the neon graveyard in vegas would be a fabulous treat for any graphic designer,type-nerd or the neon enthusiast
